- No refund or exchange once the order is confirmed.
- Delivery within 3-5 working days shipped out to the Courier Company.
- HKU Visitor Centre will not be responsible for any loss or damage of products during delivery process by the couriers.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Charges
Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & Mainland China
SF Express is our designated courier company for orders from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China. Delivery charges to the above areas would be quoted and charged by SF Express directly upon collection. For details, please visit this link.
International (except Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China)
Visitor Centre accepts international orders from following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, USA.
All international orders will be delivered by DHL Express Worldwide or Hongkong Post Speedpost. Customers can choose their desired courier based on their needs. For international orders, the delivery cost will be calculated automatically and charged during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, waybill number would be provided via email for your reference and tracking of delivery status.
Duties and Taxes
If goods are delivered to areas outside Hong Kong, customs office of the local country may levy duties and taxes on imported goods. Please note that the Visitor Centre of the University of Hong Kong does not charge any customs duties, and customers should be responsible for ALL duties and taxes. If customers are required to pay certain charges, our courier will contact the customers directly. You are suggested to contact your local customs office for details on duties and taxes. Order cancellation would not be accepted due to the customs charges levied on the orders.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the above Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
